Open Results in the left sidebar to read your results as a guided, five-section report - each section explores one theme of how you work.
Overview
Your results are organized into five sections, each covering one part of your work style:
Section 1: Your Approach to Getting Things Done
Section 2: Your Approach to People
Section 3: Your Approach to Problems
Section 4: Your Approach to Change
Section 5: Your Approach to Learning
Each section opens with a short introduction, then walks through the attributes relevant to that theme, grouped as Behaviors, Capabilities, and Interests. Some attributes are relevant to more than one theme, so you'll see them in more than one section - that's expected.
Results become available after your results are released; if you don't see Results in your sidebar yet, your results aren't ready.
Move between sections
Use the dropdown at the top of the table of contents to jump to any of the five sections - you'll land on that section's introduction
Click any attribute in the table of contents to jump straight to it; the number next to each attribute is your score
Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of each page to read straight through - at the end of a section, Next carries you into the following section
Understand the spotlight icons
Some attributes in your results carry a small icon. Hover over an icon on an attribute's card to see which group it marks. The table below lists the three spotlight groups:
Spotlight | What it means |
Critical Attributes | The attributes most connected to success in your role |
Easier for You Attributes | Your highest-scoring attributes - these come naturally |
Harder for You Attributes | Your lowest-scoring attributes - these take more energy |
Tip: "Harder for You" isn't a judgment - it flags where work takes more conscious effort, so you know where a strategy or support helps most.
Download a section as a PDF
Open the section you want to save
Click the Actions menu (three dots) next to the section title
Select Download
The PDF covers the current section only and downloads as "Wonderlic Develop," the section theme, and your name - for example, Wonderlic Develop Getting Things Done Alex Rivera.
What to expect
Your scores don't change as you read - the sections are five views of the same assessment results. Attribute pages end with recommended actions you can turn into goals with Create an action item, which adds them to your Action Planner.
FAQ
Why does the same attribute appear in more than one section?
Because it matters to more than one work theme. Decision-making, for example, shapes both how you get things done and how you solve problems. Your score for the attribute is the same everywhere it appears.
Why is an attribute missing from a section?
An attribute only appears when you completed the part of the assessment that measures it. If you skipped an assessment area, its attributes are left out of your results.
Can I download all five sections at once?
Not from the Results area - the Download action saves one section at a time. To save your complete results, use the download option on your home page.
Why are different attributes highlighted here than on my home page?
The home page shows a short summary - your few most important highlights. The Results sections flag a fuller set of spotlight attributes. Both come from the same scores.
