Your home page is a short, personalized summary of your Wonderlic Develop results, written for your role, with two small actions you can start on right away.

How your home page works

When your results are ready, signing in to Wonderlic Develop opens your home page. You can come back to it any time by choosing Home (the house icon) in the left sidebar.

The page has three tabs on the left:

  • Summary Report - your personalized summary (you start here)

  • What it all Means - how to read your results

  • What to Do - the steps for building a development plan

Your Summary Report is written from your own results and your job title, so it will look different from a coworker's.

What's in your Summary Report

The table below lists the sections of your Summary Report, from top to bottom.

Section

What it tells you

Your Snapshot

A one-line summary of how you tend to work, and a short paragraph on what that means in your role

Strengths, How Others Might See You, Watch Out For, Helpful Adjustments

Four quick cards on what you do well, how you may come across, what to watch for, and small adjustments to try

Attributes Critical for Your Role

Five attributes tied to success in your job, how much effort each tends to take for you, and how it shows up at work

Personal Attribute Highlights

The four attributes that come most easily to you and the two that take the most effort

What I Need to Do My Best Work

Statements you can share with your manager about what helps you do your best work

Suggested Micro-Actions

Two small actions you can take in your everyday work

Effort is shown as Easier for You, Moderate, or Harder for You. These labels describe how much effort something tends to take for you. They don't measure your ability or performance.

Tip: Choose any attribute name in the two attribute tables to open that attribute in your full results.

Add a micro-action to your Action Planner

Each micro-action pairs something that takes more effort for you with something that comes easily. Its Attributes Used line shows which two attributes it uses.

  1. Scroll to Suggested Micro-Actions.

  2. Choose Take Action on the card you want.

  3. Review the title and description. Change them if you like.

  4. Choose Save.

What to expect

After you save, you'll see a confirmation, and the action appears in your Action Planner. Open your Action Planner to add details such as a due date. To go there from your Summary Report, choose View Action Planner at the bottom of the page.

Your Summary Report stays the same each time you visit. It updates when your job title changes or when you get new results.

FAQ

Is my Summary Report written by AI?

Yes. The summary and micro-actions are written by AI from your results and your job title. The attributes in the two tables come straight from your scores.

What if something in my summary doesn't sound like me?

Treat your summary as a starting point for reflection, not a verdict. Compare it with your full results, or talk it through with your manager. If something seems wrong, contact support.

Can I get different micro-actions?

You'll see two suggestions. You can edit either one before you save it, and you can add your own action items in your Action Planner.

How do I download or share my results?

Use Download PDF or Share Results at the top of your home page. The PDF includes your Summary Report and the What it all Means and What to Do tabs.

The page says it's generating my summary. Is something wrong?

No. The first time you visit, your summary can take a minute or two to create. The page updates on its own when it's ready.

Why don't I see Home in the sidebar?

Home appears once your results are released. If you think your results should be available, contact your administrator.
