Accessing Your Results - When and How

Learn when and how to access your Wonderlic Develop results, what to expect, and what to do if you haven’t received your invite.

Getting your Develop results is an exciting first step in understanding how you work best - this guide will help you know what to expect and how to get started.

When You’ll Get Access

You’ll receive access to your Wonderlic Develop results after completing the assessment - usually as part of a team or company rollout.

You’ll be notified via email when your results are ready, including a direct link to view them in the platform.

Timing may vary:
If you're part of a new hire onboarding or an organization-wide initiative, your manager or HR team may provide guidance on when to expect access.


How to Access Your Results

  1. Look for your welcome or results email

    1. Subject line includes "Welcome to Wonderlic Develop”

  2. Click the button in the email

    1. This takes you directly to your personalized results dashboard

    2. There are additional links to video resources that will be helpful as you are exploring your results!

  3. Create a login (if prompted)

    1. You will likely be asked to create a password or confirm your email the first time you log in (unless you are already a user in Wonderlic Select or Develop)

  4. Explore your results

    1. You’ll land on your personalized home page, where you can view your:

      1. Spotlight attributes

      2. Role-based insights

      3. Development guidance

      4. Action Planner


Tip: Bookmark Your Dashboard

Once you're in, save the link to your dashboard so you can revisit your results any time - especially when:

  • Reflecting on your goals

  • Preparing for 1:1s or check-ins

  • Planning your next development step


What If You Haven’t Received Access?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the invite email

  • Still don’t see it? Contact your manager or HR team - access may not be rolled out yet
