What’s New
To make scores easier to interpret at a glance, we’re updating the language used to describe them. The anchors “Less Effort / More Effort” are being replaced with “Easier for You / Harder for You.”
This new phrasing makes the difference between the two ends of the scale clearer, more intuitive, and aligned with how people naturally think about effort.
Why We’re Making This Change
The updated labels make results:
Clearer at a glance, so users can quickly understand what the results represent
More relatable and intuitive, using language that aligns with how people naturally think about what comes easier or harder
Easier for managers and admins to explain, supporting smoother, more productive conversations
This shift keeps the underlying meaning intact while making results simpler to interpret across all audiences.
What’s Not Changing
Scores and the underlying science remain the same
This is a language update only, focused on making results easier to interpret
How This Makes Interpretation Easier
• Employees understand their results faster
• Conversations with managers and admins become smoother
• Less “translation” is needed to help people act on their insights
