What’s Changed?

We’ve redesigned the Develop results experience to be clearer, more actionable, and easier to understand from the moment employees first view their results.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Personalized Results Snapshot (See Snapshot Above)
When employees first click on the results homepage, they now see a clear, personalized overview of their strengths, potential challenges, and how others may experience them at work. For instance, the homepage opens with four insight cards: Strengths, How Others Might See You, Watch Out For, and Helpful Adjustments.

  • Role-Relevant Focus
The homepage highlights the Standout Attributes that matter most for success in the role, helping employees and managers quickly see what drives performance. This creates a clear, shared understanding of priorities without needing to sort through all results.

  • Actionable Development Guidance

Results include clear, practical Suggested Micro-Actions employees can apply to the day-to-day workflow to build more effective habits. This creates an immediate sense of recognition, helping employees feel understood rather than evaluated and building confidence in what they’re seeing.

The experience is designed so employees can recognize themselves in their results without needing to interpret technical language.

Why it Matters

This update makes results easier to understand, more meaningful, and easier to act on.

  • Reduces overwhelm: Results are easier to review and no longer feel overly complex or difficult to interpret

  • Improves focus: Development efforts are aligned to what matters most for success in the role

  • Builds understanding: Employees can quickly recognize themselves in their results and understand what they mean

  • Shifts the experience: Results feel like a reflection of how someone works, not an evaluation of their performance

  • Enables better coaching: Managers have a clear, shared starting point for more effective development conversations

  • Drives action: Employees understand not just what may be challenging, but how to improve.
