What's Changed?
We have updated interest names across Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop to be more descriptive and unified, so the same language is used across both products. This creates a clearer experience wherever interests appear and brings greater consistency across hiring and development, with no changes to candidate scoring or job fit.
These updates appear in the following areas:
Updated Interest Names in Wonderlic Select
Interest names (referred to as motivators in candidate results) have been updated across candidate-facing reports, including the Candidate Feedback Report and Data Report (e.g., Practical → Applied Interest, Artistic → Creative Interest).

Overall Fit calculations are not affected
