What's Changed?

We have updated interest names across Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop to be more descriptive and unified, so the same language is used across both products. This creates a clearer experience wherever interests appear and brings greater consistency across hiring and development, with no changes to candidate scoring or job fit.

These updates appear in the following areas:

Updated Interest Names in Wonderlic Select
Interest names (referred to as motivators in candidate results) have been updated across candidate-facing reports, including the Candidate Feedback Report and Data Report (e.g., Practical β†’ Applied Interest, Artistic β†’ Creative Interest).

How it Works

The updated interest names appear automatically wherever interests are shown across Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop.

  • Candidate Feedback Reports and Data Reports display the updated interest names

  • Data Report exports include the updated column headers

  • Employee development plans reflect the aligned interest names

  • There are no changes to candidate or employee scores

  • Overall Fit calculations are not affected

  • How interests are measured and matched to roles remains the same
