Managers Can See:
Their direct reports’ individual results and action plans
Team reports if Admins have released them
Check These to Ensure Access
Direct Reports' Results
Each employee has the correct manager assigned in their profile (Employee Management > Edit Details) and result has been released
Navigate to the employee’s user profile
Edit the Manager field to reflect the correct assignment
