Troubleshooting Guide for Admins

Use this guide to troubleshoot common admin issues without needing to escalate. Most problems can be resolved in just a few steps.


Manager Can’t See Direct Reports

Check:

  • Is the manager assigned correctly in each employee’s profile?

  • Has the employee completed the assessment?

  • Has the employee result been released?


User Didn’t Receive Assessment Email

Check:

  • Is their email entered correctly?

  • Ask them to check spam/junk folders.

  • If needed, copy the invite link from the Admin dashboard and send directly.


Team Report Not Showing

Check:

  • Has the team been created with at least 3 members (including manager) who’ve completed the assessment?

  • Is the report released to the manager or team?


User Was Assigned the Wrong Role

Fix:

  • Go to the user profile

  • Edit their role and save

  • Changes apply immediately; no need to re-invite
