Use this guide to troubleshoot common admin issues without needing to escalate. Most problems can be resolved in just a few steps.
Manager Can’t See Direct Reports
Check:
Is the manager assigned correctly in each employee’s profile?
Has the employee completed the assessment?
Has the employee result been released?
User Didn’t Receive Assessment Email
Check:
Is their email entered correctly?
Ask them to check spam/junk folders.
If needed, copy the invite link from the Admin dashboard and send directly.
Team Report Not Showing
Check:
Has the team been created with at least 3 members (including manager) who’ve completed the assessment?
Is the report released to the manager or team?
User Was Assigned the Wrong Role
Fix:
Go to the user profile
Edit their role and save
Changes apply immediately; no need to re-invite
