Team reports help connect individual Develop results to team dynamics - providing shared language, uncovering friction points, and celebrating strengths. Admins control who can view these reports and when.

Creating a Team

  • Go to the Team Management tab in the Admin dashboard.

  • Click Add Team.

  • Enter a team name and assign a Manager (this person will be designated as Manager on the report).

  • Add Members (minimum of 3 total, including the manager).

  • Save team.

A team becomes eligible for reporting when at least 3 members have completed assessments. Max team size is 30.

When Reports Become Available

  • Once eligibility is met (3+ members tested), the team report is visible to Admins.

  • Admins must take action to release it,

    • Step 1 click on the action button to release.

    • Step 2 choose the release audience in the modal

      • Release to Manager: Allows only the assigned team manager to view the report.

      • Release to Team: Shares the report with all listed members.

Reports will not be visible to managers or members until you choose to release them.

Updating a Team

You can edit a team anytime - add/remove members or change the manager.

  • Choose the appropriate team and click on the team name

  • Select to Edit Team

  • You are first able to update the team name and manager

  • Next, you are able to update the remaining team members (remove and/or add)

Any updates affect report eligibility and visibility immediately (if released).

Removing members may hide a report if the team falls below the 3-member threshold.

Sharing Reports

  • Admins can also share team reports with other roles, such as coaches or workshop facilitators, if needed.

  • Reports are only able to be shared with email addresses that are a user on the account (admin, coach, employee or manager)

Privacy and Best Practices

  • Encourage transparency: Let managers know when a report is released and offer support in interpreting it.

  • If sharing with the full team, consider a team workshop or kickoff conversation to build trust and context.

Tip: Use team reports to spark group conversations about strengths, shared growth areas, or collaboration norms.
