Team reports help connect individual Develop results to team dynamics - providing shared language, uncovering friction points, and celebrating strengths. Admins control who can view these reports and when.
Creating a Team
Go to the Team Management tab in the Admin dashboard.
Click Add Team.
Enter a team name and assign a Manager (this person will be designated as Manager on the report).
Add Members (minimum of 3 total, including the manager).
Save team.
A team becomes eligible for reporting when at least 3 members have completed assessments. Max team size is 30.
When Reports Become Available
Once eligibility is met (3+ members tested), the team report is visible to Admins.
Admins must take action to release it,
Step 1 click on the action button to release.
Step 2 choose the release audience in the modal
Release to Manager: Allows only the assigned team manager to view the report.
Release to Team: Shares the report with all listed members.
Reports will not be visible to managers or members until you choose to release them.
Updating a Team
You can edit a team anytime - add/remove members or change the manager.
Choose the appropriate team and click on the team name
Select to Edit Team
You are first able to update the team name and manager
Next, you are able to update the remaining team members (remove and/or add)
Any updates affect report eligibility and visibility immediately (if released).
Removing members may hide a report if the team falls below the 3-member threshold.
Sharing Reports
Admins can also share team reports with other roles, such as coaches or workshop facilitators, if needed.
Reports are only able to be shared with email addresses that are a user on the account (admin, coach, employee or manager)
Privacy and Best Practices
Encourage transparency: Let managers know when a report is released and offer support in interpreting it.
If sharing with the full team, consider a team workshop or kickoff conversation to build trust and context.
