In addition to individual results, Develop gives you access to Team Dynamics - either when you're listed as the manager or when someone shares the report with you.
What You’ll See
Team Overview: See collective strengths, potential friction points, and patterns in how your team communicates, collaborates, and solves problems.
Behavioral Tendencies in Action: For example, a team high in Assertiveness but low in Courtesy may be decisive, but at risk of misalignment or interpersonal friction.
Engagement Profiles: Understand what kind of work energizes (or drains) the team based on shared interests and tendencies.
Ways to Use Team Dynamics
Facilitate Better Collaboration: Use insights to explain and normalize team behaviors. For instance, if the team tends to be cautious about change, be proactive in change communication.
Plan Team Projects More Strategically: Align assignments with team strengths. If only a few team members score high on Decision Making, make sure they’re in roles that allow for that contribution.
Start a Conversation: Use the team report as a neutral springboard in team meetings to discuss how you work together. Focus on shared strengths and one area to improve.
Sharing and Access
When a report is released to you (by an Admin), you'll receive an email notification and find it in your dashboard under “Team Dynamics.”
