Before Launch
Finalize the list of participants and assign correct roles
Ensure teams and managers are set up in the platform
Align on rollout goals and support resources
Prepare internal messaging (intro email, timeline, support contact)
Schedule manager enablement/training session (if applicable)
Week 1
Assign assessments and send welcome email
Host optional kickoff session or share intro video
Confirm manager awareness and support
Week 2–3
Monitor assessment completion
Send reminders to incomplete users
Begin offering drop-in hours or coaching Q&A

Encourage action plan creation
