If you’re rolling out Develop in monthly waves, a consistent structure helps ensure each cohort gets a meaningful and supported experience. Use this checklist to keep everything on track.


Before Launch

  • Finalize the list of participants and assign correct roles

  • Ensure teams and managers are set up in the platform

  • Align on rollout goals and support resources

  • Prepare internal messaging (intro email, timeline, support contact)

  • Schedule manager enablement/training session (if applicable)


Week 1

  • Assign assessments and send welcome email

  • Host optional kickoff session or share intro video

  • Confirm manager awareness and support


Week 2–3

  • Monitor assessment completion

  • Send reminders to incomplete users

  • Begin offering drop-in hours or coaching Q&A


Week 4+

  • Encourage action plan creation

  • Prompt managers to discuss results in 1:1s

  • Release team reports (if team has met requirements)


End-of-Cohort

  • Review completion and usage stats

  • Gather manager or participant feedback

  • Share success stories internally
