Encourage employees to explore their results and set 1 personal development goal
Train managers on using results in 1:1s (optional: provide conversation guides)
Offer optional drop-in support sessions or open office hours
Encourage managers to reference results in at least one 1:1

Days 61β90: Reinforcement & Planning
Invite teams to use team reports (if available)
Host a development-focused team meeting or workshop
