A Greenhouse job connects to Wonderlic Select through the Wonderlic Select v2 stage in its interview plan. When you create a new job, add this stage during the Interview plan step. Without it, you cannot send Wonderlic Select to candidates on that job.

The Create a Job flow in Greenhouse has three steps: Job info, Interview plan and Job post. Only the Interview plan step changes for Wonderlic Select. Fill in Job info and Job post the way you normally would.

You need permission to create jobs in Greenhouse. The Wonderlic Select v2 stage is added to your Greenhouse stage library when your Wonderlic integration is set up. If you do not see it, contact your Wonderlic representative.

In Greenhouse, click Add in the top menu, then click Create a Job.

Choose a starting point. This example uses Blank Job.

If you choose Copy an Existing Job and the job you copy already has the Wonderlic Select v2 stage, the stage carries over with the interview plan. Check it is there when you reach the Interview plan step.

On Job Info, fill in the required fields, such as Internal Job Name, Department, Office and Requisition ID.

Fill in the Openings section as you normally would.

Scroll to the bottom and click Create Job & Continue.

On the Interview Plan step, click Edit stages.

Click Add stage.

Make sure Add from library is selected. Scroll down or search for Wonderlic Select v2, check the box next to it, and click Add.

The stage appears in your plan labeled Take Home Test stage. Use the handle on its left to drag it to the point in your process where candidates should take the assessment, then click Save.

Click Confirm and save.

Check that Wonderlic Select v2 is listed in the interview plan, then click Next.

The note No scorecard attributes or interview questions under Wonderlic Select v2 is expected. Wonderlic Select does not use a Greenhouse scorecard, so you do not need to add anything here.

Complete the Job Post step as you normally would, or click Skip. Then click Finish.

Greenhouse opens the new job's dashboard. The job is now connected to Wonderlic Select, and you can send the assessment to candidates by moving them to the Wonderlic Select v2 stage.

To send Wonderlic Select as soon as a candidate moves to the stage, add a stage transition rule to the job.

I do not see Wonderlic Select v2 in the stage library. What now?

Search the library for Wonderlic. If the stage is still missing, your integration may not be finished yet. Contact your Wonderlic representative.
