What's Changed?

We’ve enhanced the scoring profile experience to make it easier to see what success looks like in the role and how candidates are evaluated against it.

Profiles now show how specific job tasks connect to each attribute, making it clearer what each attribute means in the role.

Each profile includes a clear job summary so you can quickly confirm how the role is defined.

Key indicators are aligned with assessment results, so you can clearly see how candidates match what the role requires.

You can add a job description to provide additional context about the role. This context is used to generate AI-powered task alignment content that clarifies the connection between role expectations, key indicators, and related tasks.

The great thing about this update is that it improves visibility into roles without changing how scoring works:

  • The job title continues to drive profile selection through the jobs engine

  • Adding a job description does not impact profile selection or score weighting

  • There are no changes to assessment science or how the Overall Fit score is calculated

  • The same job will display consistent profile text for all users on an account

  • AI-generated content includes guardrails, validation rules, and content detection; job descriptions flagged for inappropriate or unrelated content will be ignored

  • Monthly quality evaluations are conducted to maintain content standards

  • Legal review has been completed for AI use and data storage

Why This Update Matters

Understanding how a scoring profile reflects the role you’re hiring for is key to evaluating job fit.

With clearer job summaries, aligned indicators, and role-specific task context, it’s now easier to see how each profile represents your role and what makes it unique.

This added clarity helps you differentiate between roles and better understand how profiles align with your job, while continuing to rely on the same trusted assessment science.
