Top 3 Motivators | What’s Changed?
We’ve made it easier to see the top three Motivators most relevant to a role. Previously, all six Motivators were displayed equally. Now, the Motivators that drive success in the role are clearly emphasized, helping you quickly focus on what matters most.
The top three Motivators related to the job are now clearly emphasized first.
The bottom three motivators are deemphasized but still accessible.
Non-relevant Motivators are visually differentiated to keep the focus on the results that matter most.
Please note: Scoring has not changed. The Overall Fit score continues to be based on the top three Motivators.
How it Works
When viewing any results section that includes Motivators attributes:
Top interest (#1) is a Key Indicator of Job Performance.
Top three interests (#1–3) are factored into the Overall Fit score.
Bottom three interests (#4–6) are not factored into the Overall Fit score and are visually deemphasized.
Interests that are not relevant to the job are grayed out and listed below the interests that contribute to job fit.
Why it Matters
You can immediately see which Motivators are most predictive of success in the role, so you can focus on what will have the greatest impact on performance without sorting through irrelevant results.

See how predictive the score is of performance
Interpret results quickly and with greater confidence
How it Works
The new Overall Fit summary displays the Overall Fit score in a clearer, more accessible format, making it easier to quickly assess the fit for a role. The numeric score is easier to locate and categorize, helping you prioritize which candidates to review more closely, explore in greater detail, and move forward in the hiring process. The summary also includes a definition explaining what the Overall Fit percentile score means, so you can interpret results with greater confidence.
Why it Matters
The new Overall Fit summary brings clearer context to the score, helping you understand what it means for success in the role and make more confident hiring decisions.
