The candidate list is now centered around a single Overall Fit score, giving you a clear and consistent view of how well each candidate aligns to the job.
A single Overall Fit score as the primary signal — A single, clear score shows how well each candidate’s results align to the job, supporting fast, at-a-glance decisions. Component scores have been removed to reduce noise and keep the focus on what matters most.
Overall Fit shown only when results are complete — The score appears only after a candidate completes all required assessments, ensuring results are consistent and comparable. Candidates with incomplete results are clearly indicated so you can quickly see who is ready for review.
Clearer assessment invitation experience — Separate options make it easier to send an email invitation, initiate an onsite test, or add a candidate without an invitation.
Candidates sorted for fast action — Candidates with complete results are prioritized at the top (highest to lowest), followed by partial and incomplete results, so you can focus on the candidates most ready to move forward.
Additional sorting options — Sort candidates by score, name, create date, last active date, and status to quickly organize your view.
Bulk status updates — Select one or more candidates and update their status to Hired, Active, or Archived in a single step.
Easy to drill down and compare — Click into a candidate for full results or select 2–4 candidates to compare side-by-side during screening.
Job opening information available at a glance — View key details like status, hiring manager, location, and other relevant information directly from the candidate list.
