What’s Changed?

We've updated Wonderlic Select to ensure candidates applying for the same job complete the same assessment experience. This creates more accurate and fair candidate comparisons, reduces variation across invitation methods, and helps you evaluate job fit with greater confidence.

Assessment activities are now established at the job opening level, ensuring candidates applying to the same role complete the same assessment experience regardless of how they are invited to test.

Whether candidates are invited through an email invitation, Quick Apply Link, or onsite testing session, they receive the same assessment activities assigned to that job opening.

This helps ensure all candidates are evaluated using the same criteria.

Note: Approved Cognitive Ability-only customers will continue using their existing assessment configuration. Candidates within a job opening will still complete the same assessment experience, ensuring consistent candidate comparisons.
