The Develop assessment measures traits that influence how someone works, collaborates, and grows. Results are grouped into three key areas.

1. Capabilities

These traits reflect how someone takes in, processes, and applies information.

Examples: Learning Orientation, Attention to Detail, Organization and Planning

Use in Development: Help identify areas where people may need support in structuring work or absorbing complexity.

2. Behaviors

These traits show how someone is likely to interact, lead, and respond to their environment.

Examples: Influence, Cooperation, Stress Tolerance, Ambition

Use in Development: Guide team dynamics conversations, leadership development, or interpersonal coaching.

3. Motivational Interests

These reflect what energizes or engages someone - based on their interests and values.

Examples: Achievement, Helping, Artistic Interest

Use in Development: Useful for supporting goal framing, aligning with roles, or exploring longer-term growth paths.

Develop results are effort-based: They reflect how much energy a behavior takes - not just whether someone can do it.
