Updating Billing Information
Account owners may update their billing information by navigating to the account management page in their WonScore testing site.
Just log in to your WonScore account and click on your name at the upper right of the screen. From the drop-down menu that appears, select "Account Management."
Then, on the screen that appears, click on "Update Billing Information."
You'll be prompted to edit your credit card payment information or your billing address. Just make sure to save the necessary changes, then click on the "Update Billing Information" button at the bottom of the page. Your new information will automatically be saved to your account.
That's it! On your next scheduled renewal date, your updated or new credit card will be charged for your periodic subscription fee.
NOTE: If your account is "on hold" due to a failed billing caused by an expired credit card, simply log in to your WonScore account and follow the prompts to update your billing information. Once you submit the new billing information, we'll immediately charge the new or updated card and you'll regain access to WonScore.
