Updating Candidate Information
Occasionally, you may need to update Wonderlic Select candidate information. Correcting inadvertent typos or making changes to phone numbers or email addresses is easy to accomplish in the platform.
If you need to update the name or contact information of a candidate, click on the action menu (the three vertically stacked dots) to the far right of the candidate listing under a specific job opening. Alternately, you may click on the same menu on the candidate's detailed score report. Select "Contact" from the dropdown menu that appears.
On the next screen, click "Edit candidate information," update any information that is incorrect, then click the "Save" button.
Autofill of Forms
Sometimes, a candidate may complete the Wonderlic Select assessment on a borrowed or shared device that has autofill of forms enabled for the browser being used. Rarely, a test taker may be unaware of this and doesn't realize that another person's name or contact information has been automatically populated in the system and associated with their testing administration.
Wonderlic has found that these rare occurrences are overwhelmingly honest mistakes and should not be viewed as any indication of questionable behavior by the candidate. Frequently, in the case of a shared household computer, the information populated is that of a spouse, child, or sibling.
Wonderlic recommends using the process outlined above to correct the candidate information in the platform. If an applicant reaches out to the Wonderlic Support Team reporting that another person's information was erroneously associated with their testing administration, we will refer that candidate to contact you, the prospective employer, to update the information. Wonderlic will never modify any candidate information without your knowledge, as well as a candidate's consent.
