Link each JazzHR job to a Wonderlic Select job opening so candidates you invite from JazzHR are assessed with job-specific results for that role.
Overview
If your company uses JazzHR with Wonderlic Select, each JazzHR job needs to be linked to a Select job opening before you can send assessments. The order matters: create the job opening in Wonderlic Select first, then link it while setting up the job in JazzHR.
Before you start, make sure your JazzHR account is already connected to Wonderlic Select. In JazzHR, go to Settings → Integrations to check.

JazzHR's screens still use "Wonscore," the former name for Wonderlic Select. Buttons like Setup Job and Send Wonscore connect to your Wonderlic Select account.
Create the job opening in Wonderlic Select
In Wonderlic Select, click Add Job Opening.
Enter the job title and review the scoring profile Select recommends for it, then click Accept Scoring Profile.
Fill in the opening details (name, location, hiring manager, and any tags and settings) and click Add Job Opening.
Your opening is now active in Select and ready to link.
Link the opening from JazzHR
In JazzHR, create your job (Jobs → Create A Job) and fill in the required fields
In the Wonscore Pre-Employment Assessment section of the job form, click Setup Job. A Wonderlic Select window opens
Select the My Job Openings tab
Find the opening you created and click Link Opening
Review the confirmation message, then click Confirm
Linking cannot be undone. Once linked, the job opening is managed through JazzHR. Double-check you're linking the right opening before you confirm.
The JazzHR job form now shows This job is linked to "your opening name." Finish and save your job in JazzHR.
What to expect
The opening shows an Integrated badge in Select. Back in Wonderlic Select, the opening now carries an Integrated badge next to its status:
Invitations now come from JazzHR. On a candidate's Assessments tab in JazzHR, use Send Wonscore to send the assessment invitation. JazzHR shows the assessment's status, lets you resend it, and links to the candidate's results as they come in.
FAQ
Why don't I see my opening in the My Job Openings tab?
The list only shows openings that are active, aren't samples, aren't already linked to a JazzHR job, and that you have edit access to in Select. Most often the opening simply hasn't been created in Select yet. Create it first, then return to JazzHR.
Can I unlink a job or link it to a different opening later?
No, linking is permanent. If you linked the wrong opening, create a new job opening in Select and a new job in JazzHR, and link those instead.
Why does JazzHR say "Wonscore" instead of "Wonderlic Select"?
Wonscore is the former name for Wonderlic Select. JazzHR hasn't updated its labels yet, but everything works the same.
Can I still manage the opening in Wonderlic Select after linking?
You'll manage the hiring process from JazzHR: sending assessments, resending them, and tracking candidates. The opening and its candidates' results remain visible in Wonderlic Select.
