Navigating Develop as a Manager

Describing Manager specific product navigation

Written by Product

As a manager in Wonderlic Develop, you can view your direct reports' results and your own results from the same account. This guide shows you how to navigate between them.

Getting Started

You'll receive an email notification when an employee's results are available for you to view. This happens when:

  • An employee's results are released and you're already listed as their manager, or

  • You're added as manager to an employee who already has released results

The email will direct you to log in and view their results.

Your Employee List

When you log in, you'll land on the Employee Management page showing your direct reports.

The table displays each employee's name, job title, department, and assessment status. Employees with Released status have results available for you to view.

Viewing an Employee's Results

  1. Click an employee's first or last name to open their results

  2. A blue bar appears at the top showing whose results you're viewing

  3. Use the sidebar to navigate their results:

    1. Home: Personalized summary of their work style, including Spotlights and practical guidance like Suggested Micro-Actions

    2. Index: Full attribute listing with scores

    3. Results: Guided walkthrough of their Spotlights and detailed attribute pages

    4. Action Planner: Their development goals and progress

    5. Click the X in the blue bar to return to your employee list

Viewing Your Own Results

If you've also completed a Develop assessment with released results, use the sidebar navigation (Home, Index, Results, Action Planner) when you're not viewing an employee's results.

Your own Home Page works the same was your reports' do - personalized to your role and your results.

Tip when reading a report's Home Page: The content is written in their voice ("you tend to...", "what I need..."). Read it as a window into how they see themselves and what they need from you - not as instructions directed at you.

The blue bar is your indicator - if you see it, you're viewing an employee. If you don't, you're viewing your own results.
