Here’s what’s new:
Role-critical attributes for the top 500 jobs have been updated to better reflect what drives success in each role.
Users may see 1-4 of their role critical attributes change, on average users will see 2 new attributes listed.
If a role is part of this update, the refreshed attributes will automatically appear the next time users log in to Wonderlic Develop.
Existing Action Planner items tied to the original attributes will remain unchanged, including plans, reflections, and progress.
