All Wonderlic Select users can choose to receive email notifications of candidate activity on the platform. These settings may apply to any individual candidates you are following, or to all candidates in a job opening you are following.

Receiving notifications is a two-step process. First, you need to set your notification preferences, then choose to follow either a job opening or a specific candidate.

To manage your notification preferences, click on your name at the upper right of the screen. On the dropdown menu that appears, select “Manage Notifications.”

On the screen that appears, you’ll have options to select which candidate activities prompt email notifications. By default, you’ll be notified when candidates begin testing, or when candidates complete testing and score in the strong or moderate ranges. You may also select to receive notifications when candidates complete testing and receive a cautionary or weak score.

To follow a job opening, click on the menu icon to the far right of the job listing. On the dropdown menu that appears, select “Follow” to receive selected notifications for the opening, or select “Unfollow” to stop receiving notifications.

NOTE:  By default, you’ll receive notifications for any opening on which you are listed as a user.

You may select to follow specific candidates when you’re entering their information to invite them to test. Simply check the box indicating that you’d like to follow the candidate.

Or, you may select to follow or unfollow specific candidates listed under a specific job opening. Simply click on the menu icon to the far right of a candidate’s name. On the dropdown menu that appears, select “Follow” or “Unfollow” to manage the notifications you receive for the candidate.
