What’s Changed?
We’ve introduced Manage Assessment Invitations, a new experience that brings candidate testing activity and invitation management into one place, making it easier to understand where candidates are in the testing process and what actions to take next.
Manage Assessment Invitations is available directly from:
A candidate’s detailed results
The redesigned candidates list within a job opening
⮕ A complete view of candidate testing activity
See a full timeline of each candidate’s testing journey, including:
Invitations sent
Assessments started and completed
Retest warnings
Expired invitations
Candidate records copied between job openings
This makes it easier to understand a candidate’s testing status without switching between screens or searching through workflows.
Note: For all invitations, we’ll also list when they expire and the channel/source of the invitation in case hiring teams want visibility into where candidates are coming from (Quick Apply Links, email invitations, or onsite tests).
⮕ The right next step surfaced automatically
Manage Assessment Invitations shows the testing actions that are relevant to the candidate’s current status.
Send Invitation: Invite candidates who have not started testing.
Resend Invitation: Resend active or expired invitations and extend the invitation window.
Send Retest Invitation: Send retest invitations when assessment results trigger a warning.
Send New Invitation: Send a new assessment invitation after a candidate has completed testing.
Test Onsite: Launch an onsite testing session with direct access to the testing portal, access code, and printable instructions.
⮕ Manage testing directly from the candidates list
A new Manage Invitations icon is now available directly from the redesigned candidates list, making it easier to access testing history and manage invitations without leaving the list view.
⮕ Improved visibility into copied candidates
When a candidate is copied between openings, both records now display linked Candidate Copied events so teams can clearly see where results originated.
